We use what you send only to reply to you. It is never sold or added to a list you did not ask for. See the privacy policy.
We expected a prettier website; what we actually use every day is the new form. It collects sale reference, lot number and collection question up front, so the back-and-forth we used to do by reply has largely gone. The first message is usually enough to act on now.

The acknowledgment explains the next step clearly and tells people how to reach us if something is wrong. A modest change with an outsized effect on our mornings.

Before you write in
How quickly will someone reply?
Within one working day, from a person who read your message. We work 9:00 to 17:00 Central Time, Monday to Friday, excluding United States public holidays, so a message sent on a Saturday is answered on Monday.
Is there a phone number?
The fastest route is email or the form on this page, because it lets us look at your current site and sale types before we reply. If a call helps, we book one, or you can book a 30-minute demo directly.
Do you work with auction houses in my state?
Yes, in every state. The build is remote, and we work with houses from Texas, Florida, California, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Georgia and beyond. Your site is written around the towns and counties you actually hold sales in.
What should I include in my first message?
Your current website if you have one, the kinds of sales you run and roughly how often, and what is not working today. That is enough for a useful first answer.
Can I ask about pricing before booking a demo?
Of course. Plans start at $127 a month, the $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch, and every price is on the pricing page. Ask anything the page does not answer.
I am already a client. Where do I send a change?
Through your client portal, where revisions, support tickets and files are tracked. If you email instead, we log it for you.
What happens straight after I buy?
You fill in the onboarding form and submit it. It asks about your sale types, the areas you serve, your brand, your domain, where consignment and bidding inquiries should land, and it takes about 15 minutes. If something is missing, submit anyway: you can send the rest by email or raise it as a ticket in your client portal, and it will not hold up the build. We then run one onboarding call to fill any gaps and agree the launch date.
What is the client portal?
It is your account with us, and you get it the day your site goes live. From the portal you request revisions, raise a support ticket for anything that needs attention, send us files you still owe us, and message our team directly. Everything to do with your site, including a new week's catalog photos, runs through it, so nothing gets lost in an inbox.
