Nothing is lost. Your email app should have opened with the request already composed, so press send there. If nothing opened, send a one line email to with the address you want changed, and we will treat it exactly the same way.

What each one actually does
Off the list entirely
Your address stops receiving anything from us: no articles, no sale-week notes, no offers. We keep one record that you asked to be removed, because that record is what stops the address being added again by a form or an import.
If you are a client, this does not touch the emails about your own site. Those are not marketing and they are not on this list.
On the list, turned down
Same list, fewer emails. Pick once a month, only when a sale-week article is published, or only when something changes in the offer or the price. You can come back to this page and change it again, or go the whole way off, whenever you like.
Most people who pick this one are busy in sale week rather than uninterested. That is a frequency problem, not a list problem.
