The four terms of this order, in plain words
What the waiver actually removes
The $697 one-time build fee, in full, on any order placed on or before Thursday December 31, 2026. It is not a discount code, it does not expire on a timer that restarts, and it is not applied to the monthly fee, which stays exactly as it is published on the pricing page.
Revisions after you order
5 revisions every month, completed within 2 to 5 working days. A revision is any single change request, however large, so a sale calendar update with three new dates and a new lot category is one revision. Extra revisions are a flat $20 each.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancel any time by email, at least 2 business days before your next invoice date. All sales are final; the one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge, corrected within 10 working days of you reporting it. The full position is in the refund policy.
Who owns what
The domain is registered in your name. The content is yours. We are not a licensed auctioneer, auction house, appraiser or bonding provider: we build and run the website, and the auction stays entirely yours to run.

Questions people ask on this page
What do I pay when I place the order?
The first month of the plan you pick, charged through Stripe when you place the order, and then the same amount every month. That is all the checkout charges. The $697 one-time build fee, which every plan normally carries, is not part of the checkout, and it is waived on orders placed on or before Thursday December 31, 2026. There is no deposit.
Does the waiver cut the monthly fee as well?
No. Monthly plan prices are unchanged at $127, $267 and $647. The waiver removes the one-time build fee only, which is why it is worth $697 rather than a percentage.
When does my auction house website go live?
7 days on Ring, 10 on Block and 15 on Rostrum, counted from the day your onboarding form is complete, not from the day you order. If your sale calendar and lot photographs are ready, that clock starts the same day.
What if I am not satisfied with the finished site?
You tell us and we change it. Every plan includes 5 revisions a month, turned around within 2 to 5 working days, and a revision is any single change request however large. The full refund position is set out in our refund policy.
Can I change plan after I have ordered?
Yes. Tell us during any billing cycle and we move you up or down from the next invoice. Changing plan does not restart the build or affect the waiver you ordered under.
What do you need from me before the build starts?
Your logo and any brand colours, your sale calendar for the next few months, a sample of the lot detail you publish, the sale types you run, and access to your domain if you already own one. Whatever you do not have to hand, we can start without and add later.
Do I pay separately for the domain, hosting or SSL?
No. One domain registered in your name, Cloudflare hosting, SSL, CDN and unmetered bandwidth are all inside the monthly fee, for as long as your plan is active. Nothing on this page is billed twice.
What happens to the build fee after the waiver closes?
Orders placed on or before Thursday December 31, 2026 carry the waiver. After that day the $697 one-time build fee returns, invoiced after launch the way it always has been.
