The fee covers the build, and only the build
Your monthly plan pays for hosting, revisions and the work after launch. The build fee pays for the part that happens once: turning your sale calendar and catalog into a working site.

03 How paying works
Four steps, and the last one is nothing

- 02Pay on StripeCard details go to Stripe on its own secure page. We never see them.
- 03Receipt by emailStripe emails the receipt as soon as the payment clears, and we send a confirmation too.
- 04Nothing recurringIt is one payment. Your monthly plan carries on exactly as it was, billed on its own.
Questions about the build fee
Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single $697 payment, taken once. Nothing on this page sets up a recurring charge, and paying it does not change your monthly plan, which is billed separately.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have told you a build fee is due, usually with an invoice after launch. Plans ordered on or before Thursday December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived in full, so if yours was one of them there is nothing to pay here.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
Because the build is the same on every plan. Sale calendar, lot catalog, bid registration and consignment intake pages are built for every house, whichever plan it is on. The plans differ in the work we do after launch, and that is priced in the monthly fee, not here.
Is paying on this page safe?
The payment is taken by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe emails a receipt the moment the payment clears.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and that includes the build fee. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge: tell us within 30 days and the difference goes back to the original payment method within 10 working days. The full position is in the refund policy.
