An auction website redesign that protects the search visibility you already have

An auction website redesign works when the URLs you already rank for are preserved or properly redirected, so a faster, better-looking site does not cost you the search visibility you already earned.

The terms

What it costs

  • Plans$127 a month
  • Build fee$697, after launch
  • Live in7 days
  • Revisions5 a month
  • Domain and hostingIncluded

Who it is for

Is auction website redesign right for your house?

This is for an auction house that already has a website, and some search traffic, but has outgrown it. It suits houses on an ageing page builder or an old custom build who want a faster, catalog-first site without losing the rankings and links their current addresses have earned.

Signs you need it
  • Your site was built for ten lots a sale and now carries two hundred.
  • It gets slower each time a plugin is added.
  • You are afraid to change it in case your Google rankings drop.
  • The design no longer matches the house you have become.

Deliverables

What you get with auction website redesign

Said plainly,
before you
buy

What is not included?

Knowing the limits up front saves a surprise later. We build and run the website; the auction and its decisions stay yours.

  • 01We do not keep the old site running in parallel after launch.
  • 02We do not migrate every past lot one by one unless you ask; archives can become a results page.
  • 03We do not recover content from a site you no longer have access to.
  • 04We do not fix search penalties caused by past link buying.

01

The redesign risk nobody mentions

The biggest risk in any website redesign is not the new design, it is losing the search rankings the old site already earned because URLs changed without redirects. Before we touch the design, we map your current site's pages and set up redirects from every URL worth keeping, so the switch does not quietly cost you traffic you were already getting.

02

What usually needs to change

Most redesign requests come from the same handful of problems: a page-builder site that has slowed down as plugins piled up, a catalog that has not been restructured since the business had ten lots a sale instead of two hundred, or a design that no longer matches how the business has grown. We rebuild around what your business actually is today, not what the old site assumed years ago.

03

A managed site instead of another one-off project

A redesign under this plan is not a one-time project that goes stale again in a few years. Ongoing weekly updates, 5 included revisions a month and researched articles keep the site current as your business changes, so the redesign is the last time you have to think about the site being out of date.

Client reviews for this service

What houses say about auction website redesign

  • The audit found our auction collection guidance details repeated across several pages, each worded slightly differently. There is a single approved version now, owned by a named person with a review date. Updates stopped being a treasure hunt.

  • Everyone talks about the new design; I cared more about where the old auction collection guidance links would land. Every legacy address was cataloged, mapped and tested before go-live. I could share the new site knowing the old links had been taken seriously.

  4. Step 4Switch and watchWe point your domain at the new site and check the redirects work once it is live.

Timeline and cost

How long does it take, and what does it cost?

auction website redesign is part of every plan, not a separate project fee. What changes between plans is the launch time, the article volume and the AI Engine. The $697 build fee is invoiced only after launch and your approval.

The three plans
PlanMonthlyLive inArticles a weekAI Engine
Ring$1277 days2Not on this plan
Block$267 + AI usage10 days2Included
Rostrum$64715 days3Included

What drives the choice: how fast you need to launch, whether after-hours calls and texts need answering, and how much you want published each week. 5 revisions a month on every plan, then $20 each.

Guarantees, with the conditions

What is guaranteed on auction website redesign?

Less than with a one-off build. You see the finished site before the build fee is invoiced, and the promises below are written into the terms, with their limits stated right next to them.

  • The build fee comes after you approve

The $697 one-time build fee is never charged at signup. It is invoiced only once your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it.

If you cancel before the build starts, no build fee is charged.

  • 90+ PageSpeed, or we fix it

Every page we build and host scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed, mobile and desktop. If one falls below that because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

Does not cover changes made by you or third parties.

  • Local rankings within 3 to 5 months

Your site starts ranking for local searches in your area within 3 to 5 months of launch. If it has not, we keep doing the search work at no extra charge until it does.

Covers your area and services, not every term. The remedy is the work, not a refund.

Questions about auction website redesign

Will we lose our current Google rankings?

We work specifically to prevent that, by redirecting every worthwhile URL from the old site to its new location before the switch goes live.

How long does a redesign take compared to a new site?

The launch timeline is the same as any build, 7 to 15 days depending on plan; the extra step is reviewing and mapping your existing content, done during onboarding.

Can we keep some pages from our current site as-is?

Yes, content worth keeping is migrated and rebuilt in the new design rather than rewritten from scratch unless you want it rewritten.

What happens to our current domain?

It stays yours. We point it at the new site, or migrate registration to your included free domain if you prefer, with no interruption to your existing address.

Is a redesign priced differently from a new site?

No. It is the same plans, from $127 a month, and the same $697 build fee invoiced only after the new site is live and approved. URL mapping and redirects are included.

Does our old site stay up during the redesign?

Yes. Your current site keeps running until the new one is approved and the domain is switched, so bidders never see a gap.

What access do you need to the old site?

Admin access or a content export, plus the list of pages you care most about keeping. If you have no access, we work from the public pages.

Can we change our domain name in the redesign?

Yes. If you move to a new domain, the old one is redirected to the new site so existing links and bookmarks still work, provided you keep the old domain registered.
